The Japanese whaling fleet is on the move but Sea Shepherd are relentless

on December 8, 2013

Relentless

The Japanese whaling fleet is once again on the move to the Southern Ocean intending to murder more than 1,000 whales. And once again the only thing standing between them and the whales is the Sea Shepherd fleet of three ships and over 100 brave volunteers. This year, for the first time, Captain Paul Watson will not be joining his ships, but they are nonetheless in safe hands and the operation is being coordinated by Sea Shepherd Australia. Last year the whalers went home having killed 103 whales – a very low number for them – lets hope that this year they are even less successful.

It is very expensive to run a campaign like Operation Relentless. Please consider making a donation via the Sea Shepherd Australia website. And please follow the campaign on the various Sea Shepherd websites and Facebook pages.
