Remembering

on May 12, 2013

There was a public holiday this week to mark the end of the second world war in Europe. Some wreaths were laid at the memorial in Blansko. I stood for a moment at the memorial and wondered who the men and women were that are named there, why they died, and whether they still have relatives living in Blansko.
