Home made vegan cheese

I got a great book called Artisan Vegan Cheese from Amazon and tonight I made tofu ricotta – the taste and texture were amazing! I had it with pasta with green beans, lentils and tomato sauce. Can’t wait to try some of the other recipes, especially the air-dried “Parmesan”

    Oh my gosh–I didn’t realize one could make their own vegan cheese so easily! Definitely considering buying the book myself now…
